The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: General Terms) regulate the fundamental rules governing the relationship between NLB Banka a.d. Banja Luka (hereinafter: the Bank) and the Client, including rights and obligations, contractual relations, communication procedures, interest rates and fees for banking services, account opening, maintenance and closure, payment operations and payment instruments, electronic payment instruments, deposits, lending operations, safekeeping services, customer complaints, and other activities performed by the Bank in accordance with the law.
Together with the agreement concluded with the Client, the General Terms apply in combination with the Special Terms and Conditions for issuing and using electronic payment instruments for legal entities and individuals of NLB Banka a.d. Banja Luka (hereinafter: Special Terms), as well as the Bank’s informational service sheets related to retail clients.
If an individual agreement with the Client contains provisions that differ from the General Terms or the Special Terms, the provisions of the individual agreement shall prevail.
The Bank conducts its business with professional due care, which includes enhanced diligence and expertise reasonably expected from the Bank in its dealings with Clients, in line with good business practices, and the principles of conscientiousness and fairness.
The General Terms, including any amendments and supplements, form an integral part of all agreements concluded between the Bank and the Client. They are available on the Bank’s official website www.nlb-rs.ba and in all branch offices in printed form.
